Advanced Management Services (AMS) is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any time outside of these hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is considered after hours.

This system is intended for reporting emergencies only during after-hours periods. Please limit submissions to urgent issues that require immediate attention for health, safety, or security reasons.

Examples of after-hours emergencies include, but are not limited to:

• Malfunctioning or unsecured gates or entry points
• Pool safety issues, including unsafe conditions, contamination (such as a green or overflowing pool), broken equipment, or any hazard posing a risk to swimmers. 
• hazardous playground equipment
• Electrical hazards, exposed wiring.
• Water leaks or flooding affecting common amenities
• Any situation that presents an immediate risk to resident safety or property security
